Patient Account Specialist/ Treatment Plan-Patient Concierge
Rita has been in the dental field for over 20 years, starting out as a dental assistant in a top NYC dental practice and transitioning to office manager. Through the years she became a specialist at helping patients maximize their benefits and staying on top of ever changing insurance policies. She joined our team in 1996 and has become a huge asset to us and our patients. With insurance companies making reimbursement more and more difficult, we have been fortunate to have Rita become a liaison for our patients.
